金粤公司成立于1985年，是国家高新技术企业，控股股东是广晟有色金属股份有限公司（股票代码600259），第二大股东是深圳市中金岭南有色金属股份有限公司（股票代码000060），具有建筑幕墙、门窗甲级设计、一级施工资质，是中国建筑装饰行业AAA级信用企业、全国AAA级信用施工示范单位，拥有AAA资信等级证书，通过了ISO9001、ISO14001、OHSAS18001、GB/T50430认证。

金粤公司先后完成近700项工程，设计并施工了大批国家及省市重点工程项目，如：北京凤凰国际传媒中心、北京奥林匹克国家会议中心、国家游泳中心（水立方）、中国进出口商品交易会展馆（广州琶州展馆二期）、国家图书馆、博鳌亚洲论坛国际会议中心等，工程业绩涉及中国大陆、香港、澳门、新加坡、新西兰、美国、迪拜、科特迪瓦和苏丹等地，15项工程获“鲁班奖”，7项工程获全国建筑工程装饰奖，4项工程获国家优质工程银质奖，近百项工程获省市优质工程奖。
